When a candidate is registered with TekPlant Inc, a career counseling is done by one of the Career executive to modify the existing Curriculum vitae and to make it Presentable and Visible for the employers. These CVs are uploaded in our hosted database server that is frequented by the employers round the world. Also selective triggers are sent to the employers for the availability of new CVs.

Job positions available are also posted on the Site by the employers or TekPlant Inc. Triggers are configured to send emails to potential candidates who would be suitable for those positions.
